Patient Chart is a client application that allows user access to the patient Personal Health File. Using a graphic interface similar to Microsoft Outlook, the application offers a friendly environment through which authorized medical staff can easily access complete data from a patient electronic health record.

The purpose of this application is to present an integrated image of all the information from the Personal Health File. Thus, it optimally uses the advantages of server services (RLUS, EIS etc.) for offering a longitudinal view of the evolution of a patient's clinical data.

Patient Chart has the following functionalities:

• It presents a longitudinal view on patient data through an easy-to-use graphic interface;
• Displays, in an integrated way, all types of documents available for a patient record (clinical documents in CDA and Word format, images etc.);
• Organizes documents according to various criteria (folders, per event etc.);
• Offers the possibility to analyze in detail data contained in various clinical documents;
• Acts as an interface over the server services (RLUS, EIS, etc.).
