Top Management is a software application designed for the graphical display of statistical, demographical, financial, clinical data in a medical institution. It is dedicated to the upper-tier, decision-making hospital management staff.

Top Management is an extension to the Hospital Manager Suite application. It is an integrated analysis and reporting tool for the entire activity of a medical institution.

The purpose of the application is to generate various reports, tables and graphs that support the managerial and decision-making process in a hospital. Thus, by viewing reports on the values of various specific indicators, on patient repartition per ward, on laboratory tests and investigations, on drug and sanitary materials supplies and consumption per patient, doctor, department, ward, hospital and the associated costs, the decision-making staff at various levels can ensure efficient management of resources needed for the proper running of medical activities.

The application enures that doctors and hospital management receive accurate information about daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activities within individual departments and even in the entire organization. The information allows the control of each aspect of hospital management. All the information is converted to tabular graphs and tables, with option to print or to export data to other formats, such as .xls, .pdf, etc.

Modules:

• REPORTS. The module contains a complete set of reports that describe individual hospital activities.
• PERSONALIZED REPORTS. The user defines a set of personalized reports, is provided with a set of values (i.e. costs, count of medical services, etc.) and, at the same time, with the entities and characteristics that the values are dependent on (i.e. departments, timeframes, physicians). Example: The user chooses the query variables (for example: wants to find out the number of procedures) and the dependent properties (physician, periods); personalized reports have the save option that allows saving the query for generating another report. Thus, a personalized report is available in a per-user customized menu.
