Budget Manager is a stock management and accounting software application designed for public institutions. Its purpose is the record and track expenses for various types of budgets (state budgets, local budgets etc.), both at a primary level (stocks) and at a financially synthetic level.

Modules:

• Management Module, whose rich configuration features make it possible for use by people lacking accounting skills integrates. It allows: daily entrance-reception notes, daily expenditure tickets, end-year inventories, reports related to stock lists, reports regarding expenditures, etc. Moreover, records can be exported to the Accounting Module;
• Accounting Module, whose simple and unitary interface leads to a simplification of the user’s activity, with features such as an instant analysis of debt or credit accounts, with ready applicability in tracking suppliers etc. The standard reporting situations cover a wide range of requirements, from the last analytical level to the first synthetic level.

Budget Manager can be implemented both integrated with the other modules of Hospital Manager Suite and separately.
